CFMOTO Australia has unveiled its latest flagship adventure motorcycle, the MY26 1000MT-X, set to arrive in dealerships nationwide in late May 2026.
Priced competitively at $18,990 ride away, the 1000MT-X aims to offer a high-performance, feature-rich option for adventure touring enthusiasts.

At the heart of the 1000MT-X is a 946.2cc parallel-twin engine, delivering 83kW (111hp) at 8,500rpm and 105Nm of torque at 6,250rpm. This powerplant is designed to provide a broad midrange, ensuring ample power across various riding conditions. The engine is paired with a six-speed transmission featuring a slipper clutch for smoother downshifts.

The motorcycle's chassis is equipped with long-travel suspension and wire-spoke wheels, enhancing its off-road capabilities. An advanced Intelligent Suspension System (ISS) automatically adjusts to changing terrain and load conditions in real-time, offering a smoother and more controlled ride. Additional features include cruise control, multiple riding modes, heated grips and seat, and advanced Bosch safety systems.

CFMOTO is also offering a Low Suspension (LS) variant of the 1000MT-X, catering to riders seeking a lower seat height and slightly reduced suspension travel. Both models will be available through CFMOTO's national dealer network, with customers able to secure a bike upon the first shipment's arrival.

For riders considering financing options, the competitive pricing of the 1000MT-X, combined with its extensive feature set, presents a compelling case. Prospective buyers are encouraged to consult with their local CFMOTO dealerships to explore financing plans that suit their individual needs.

With the introduction of the 1000MT-X, CFMOTO continues to expand its presence in the Australian motorcycle market, offering riders a blend of performance, technology, and value in the adventure touring segment.
